How to Pick Your Lawyer

Pick your lawyer using the Three C’s, and the “X” factor.

Compassion.  Does the lawyer appear to care about your personal situation as well as your case? If the lawyer lacks empathy, the lawyer may lack the energy your case needs. It is our objective to have you as a client for the long term, so we try to take good care of you with your present problem.

Competence.  Is the lawyer known for being good at the kind of case you have? The friendliest lawyer may be useless, if inexperienced in the field of law where your case arises. We have handled thousands of bankruptcy tax and business cases over the years.

Cost. How much will it cost? It is part of our job to make our services affordable to you. We can arrange terms, if needed, although we expect some money “up front” in most cases.

Experience.  Experience is the “X” factor. How long has the attorney been doing the kind of case you have? We have nearly fifty years of experience in helping people with problems in the areas of law where we practice. We ARE the X factor. We have over 47 years of experience helping people to save their businesses, their homes, their hopes, and their self-respect.
